TinyBooks is a brand operated by DRS Enterprises that provides premium, handcrafted hardcover photobooks and albums.

All products are custom printed specifically for you using the photos you upload to the platform. Due to the personalized nature of our products, certain policies regarding cancellations, refunds, and returns apply as outlined below.

2. Eligibility

The Service is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older.

By using TinyBooks, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Use of the Service

The content, materials, and services provided on the TinyBooks platform are intended for personal use in purchasing and creating photobooks.

TinyBooks reserves the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
• Restrict access to users who violate these Terms.
• Cancel orders where misuse or suspicious activity is detected.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Uploading content that is obscene, defamatory, libelous, or infringes intellectual property rights.
• Uploading photos you do not own the rights to.
• Introducing viruses, malware, or malicious code.
• Attempting unauthorized access to TinyBooks systems, servers, or databases.
• Using automated tools such as robots, spiders, or scrapers to access the Service.
• Interfering with or disrupting the proper functioning of the platform.

TinyBooks reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in such activities.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content on the TinyBooks website—including designs, layouts, branding, text, graphics, and images—is the property of TinyBooks (DRS Enterprises).

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any material from the platform without prior written permission.

6. User Content & Photo Rights

By uploading photos to TinyBooks, you confirm that:

• You own the rights to the images or have permission to use them.
• The content does not violate copyright, privacy, or other legal rights.

TinyBooks does not claim ownership of your photos. They are used solely for the purpose of producing your photobook order.

7. Payments

All TinyBooks orders must be fully prepaid before production begins.

We currently accept secure payments through:

• UPI
• Debit Cards
• Credit Cards
• Net Banking

We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

TinyBooks reserves the right to cancel any order if payment authorization fails or is flagged by payment providers.

8. Shipping & Delivery

TinyBooks currently ships across India.

Estimated delivery timeline: 7–10 business days from the date the order enters production.

Delivery timelines may vary due to:

• Logistics delays
• Weather conditions
• Natural disasters
• Regional restrictions

Customers are responsible for any applicable duties or taxes imposed on their order.

9. Cancellation Policy

Because TinyBooks products are custom printed, cancellations are limited.

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order for a full refund.

After this period, the printing process begins and cancellations cannot be accepted.

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed to the original payment method.

10. Returns & Replacements

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are only accepted under specific circumstances.

TinyBooks offers a replacement guarantee if:

• The product arrives damaged
• There is a manufacturing defect
• The wrong product was shipped
• The product quality does not match the stated specifications

Customers must report such issues within 10 days of receiving the product.

Once verified, TinyBooks may offer:

• A free replacement, or
• A gift card for a future purchase

We do not offer monetary refunds for printed products.

Returns will not be accepted if:

• The wrong product was ordered by the customer
• The customer simply dislikes the product
• The issue relates to minor color differences caused by screen display variations

11. Privacy & Photo Protection

We take your privacy seriously.

All uploaded photos are treated as 100% private and secure.

Customer photos are never used for marketing or promotional purposes without explicit consent.

Uploaded photos are retained for 60 days after delivery to resolve any quality issues.

After this period, images are permanently removed from our production servers.

12. Limitation of Liability

TinyBooks and DRS Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

• The use of our services
• Delays in delivery
• Loss of data or images
• Third-party logistics issues

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order placed.

13. Changes to Terms

TinyBooks reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law
