Information about our shipping process, delivery times, returns, and refund policy.
Shipping
The orders for the user are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. The products would be delivered to the customer's within 4 to 6 days from the date of the order and/or payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment, subject to courier company / post office norms.
Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authority. Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your email ID as specified at the time of registration. If there are any shipping cost(s) levied by the seller or the Platform Owner (as the case be), the same is not refundable.
Returns and Refunds
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all products purchased from TinyBooks, operated by DRS Enterprises. Due to the personalized and handcrafted nature of our photobooks, our policies are designed to ensure quality while accounting for the custom nature of our service. Eligibility for refunds and replacements is subject to our Terms of Service.
Return timeframes
- Replacement claims (damaged/defective/wrong product): You must report and contact us within 10 days of the date of delivery.
- Cancellation and full refund: Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 1 hour of placing the order. After this window, no cancellations or refunds are possible.
- Refund processing time: Approved refunds (for cancellations within the 1-hour window) will be processed and reflected in your account within 4–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
1. Replacement Guarantee
TinyBooks provides a replacement guarantee only in the following instances:
- The product is received in a damaged or defective condition.
- The product quality does not match the stated specifications.
- The wrong product was accidentally shipped to you.
We do not offer returns or exchanges if a customer orders the incorrect item, provides low-resolution photos, or dislikes the final product for subjective reasons.
2. Reporting a Claim
To be eligible for a replacement, you must contact us within 10 days of the date of receipt. Please email support@tinybooks.in with the following details:
- Full Name and Order ID.
- Clear photos or a short video of the defect/damage.
- A brief description of the issue.
Our team reviews claims on a case-by-case basis and will get back to you within 24–48 business hours.
3. Resolution Process: Replacement or Store Credit
Please note that TinyBooks does not offer monetary refunds for products once they have been printed and delivered. If your claim is approved, we will provide one of the following:
- A free replacement of the original order.
- Store credit for the equivalent order value, redeemable on your next purchase.
4. Reverse Pickup
Once a replacement is approved, TinyBooks will arrange a reverse pickup for the damaged or defective item at no additional cost to you. The item must be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories.
5. Product Accuracy and Variations
Monitor Calibration: We cannot guarantee that your monitor's color display will accurately reflect the printed colors. Variations in brightness, contrast, and resolution on your device may cause the physical product's color to appear slightly different from the digital preview.
Handcrafted Nature: As our books are handcrafted, minor variations in binding or finishing are part of the product's unique character.
6. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order for a full monetary refund within 1 hour of the order date and time. After this 1-hour window, the order enters our custom production queue and cannot be canceled or refunded.
7. Refund Processing (Cancellations Only)
Approved refunds for cancellations made within the 1-hour window will be processed and reflected in your account within 4–5 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
